Collins Roofing and Sheet Metal is a low slope specialty roofing contractor. We install single ply membranes in PVC, EPDM, and TPO, as well as hot tar roofs. We are factory certified from Versico to offer extended manufacture backed warranties in their products. We also install other brands including Genflex, Elevate, and Carlisle.
We offer membrane installation in mechanically fastened, fully-adhered, and ballasted roof applications. Collins Roofing and Sheet Metal also repairs, inspects, and maintains all types of commercial roofing. We offer installation for new construction and reroof applications. We offer insulation installation under roofing as well.
EPDM- Typical as a black membrane, fully adhered, or ballasted.
TPO-Typical as a white membrane, mechanically fastened or ballasted, and hot air welded.
